TEACHING EXPERIENCE
- Member of the faculty of the Henry George School of Social
Science, 413 South 10th Street, Philadelphia, PA since 1981.
Courses taught: The Science of Political
Economy (a three-course program based on the works of Henry
George); The Search for the Just Society
(an interdisciplinary approach to the development of human
civilizations); Thomas Paine: Architect of
Cooperative Individualism (a discussion-lecture program on
the life and works of Paine); Physiocratie

comments
from a 2007 presentation at Temple University's Lifelong Learning
Society) and various seminars on specific topics relating to
history, economics, political philosophy, urban redevelopment and
housing. To publicize the forecast by author Fred Harrison of a
serious global economic downturn on the horizon, I have developed
the presentation, "The 2010 Global
Economic Crisis" examining business cycles and the
pivotal role of land markets.

CURRENT PROJECTS
- Founded the School of Cooperative Individualism in 1997 as an
internet-based educational project. The school's website includes
an extensive library of materials on political economy by
contributing authors and sources available in the public domain.
The website is searchable via all major search engines and using
the specialized search engine at "Askhenry.com." Other
SCI website resources include an encyclopedia on political economy
is also provided (with extensive links to related information and
websites), a searchable data base of the correspondence of Thomas
Jefferson, a biographical history of the Georgist movement and a
data base of quotes on "the land question."
- Websites developed for the Philadelphia extension of the Henry
George School of Social Science, the 2000 Conference of the
Council of Georgist Organizations held in Des Moines, Iowa, the
Centre for Land Policy Studies (London) and several other
organizations and groups.
